Our goal is to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible! Orders placed prior to 11am PST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed later in the day or on the weekends should ship on the following business day.
Plan ahead! With the surge of online orders due to COVID-19 – carrier delivery times can vary. We encourage you to reorder when you have half of your current CBD products consumed.

RETURN AND REFUND
We want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 30 days of the product received date.
